Outstanding service. Patient and very understanding. My laptop was broken, would turn itself off every 30 seconds, so I couldn’t even run any diagnostics. The kind store attendant identified the issue and had my laptop back up and running within 5 minutes (it was a cooling fan issue). To top it off he even helped me with my phone which wasn’t charging well. All of this within a 10 minute window whilst dealing with lots of other customers. If I could I would give 10 stars. Excellent service and very reasonable turnaround. A few months ago I got a screen replacement for I think $100. It took 2.5 hours, worked great ever since. —- Oh also - later I took my phone in because I thought I might have messed up the touchscreen/digitizer - it was unresponsive. In my carelessness and panic, they could have easily charged me $100 for a new screen. But they just rebooted it and it worked fine - something I could have googled and tried had I thought a bit harder (rebooting normally was impossible because of non-responsive screen).
